Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on a preorder or limited release item.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your order is fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout — we’re not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses. Once an order has been scanned in by the carrier, Jireh Nation is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

 

Note: During high-volume seasons (holiday drops, sales, etc.), shipping times may be extended slightly — we appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because many of our items are made to order and released in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If that happens, please email support@jirehnation.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll happily review your request and make it right where possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to make an adjustment to your order within the first 24 hours, please email us immediately at support@jirehnation.com with your order number and request.

 

 

Preorder Policy

Preorder items are clearly marked in the product description. Please note that preorder items are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Estimated ship dates are provided and may vary slightly based on production timelines.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, all items will ship together once preorder pieces are ready.

Jireh Nation will never sell, rent, or share your personal information. Any data collected (such as your name, address, or payment info) is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate updates.
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Wix Payments.
